I've always liked MSF. They're cool now in the way that Amnesty was cool in the 80s.
Another way to help Burma is to buy less Chinese stuff. The Chinese Government is the big bad friend behind the Junta that really keeps them in power and keeps everyone else away from trying to pressure Burma to change.
